The fun begins!
Once you are Pre Approved and ready to start touring homes:
• Bre will schedule your showings for you & view all of the homes with you
• Bre will walk through the homes with you & answer any questions you may have about the home
• We will discuss any concerns you have & go over the market in the area to help you make a decision
PUT IN AN OFFER
We found THE ONE & you're ready to put in an offer. Bre will research the market and help you decide what offer you'd like to make on the home.
• Bre will write up your offer and present it to the Listing Agent
• Bre will communicate with the agent & keep you updated while we wait on a response
• Once your offer is accepted the home will go Pending
• Next steps are Earnest Money Deposit, Inspections, Appraisal & Closing Day!
